Since the fruit is either not yet in season or available only in very limited quantities, your order will be fulfilled as soon as the fruit are harvested and meet our quality standards. Once the fruit is ready for picking, we will ship your order at the earliest opportunity.***

The White Guava is a delicious tropical variety that has light green or yellow skin and a pale white flesh. White Guavas have a firmer and crisper texture that mimics a pear or apple and have a sweet-tart flavor. 

How to eat: Similar to eating an apple or a pear, wash the fruit and bite into it. The flesh is edible as well as the small seeds in the fruit.

Can slice into wedges and sprinkle some salt and lime for an extra “kick”. 

**First come first serve. Any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
