A sweet and tarte tropical fruit has a delicious flavor of pineapple, strawberry and citrus, with a delicious creamy texture. Soursop come in various sizes from small ones weighing 2 pounds up to big ones weighing 10 pounds. 

Soursop are high in fiber, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and various antioxidants like quercetin and luteolin.

Soursop can be eating alone straight from the fruit but they can also be enjoyed in smoothies, milkshakes and juices!

Warning  Seeds should not be consumed as they contain neurotoxic compounds.

How to eat: Once ripe and soft, the fruit can be easily opened by gently pulling it apart by hand. Enjoy the sweet, creamy flesh, but be sure to discard the skin and seeds, as they are not edible.
