The Mexicola Avocado is a small variety originating from Pasadena California back in 1910. This little avocado is known for its paper thin edible skin that has a purplish-black skin and rich and creamy flesh.

How to eat: Your avocado should be left out on the counter or pantry at room temperature of around 70°F or more after delivery. Wait until the skin turn completely purplish-black and is soft to the touch all over. Enjoy alone, or with your favorite meal!

**First come first serve. Any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
