The Hardee Avocado is a delicious Florida variety known for its creamy, smooth texture and rich, mild flavor. Roughly a larger avocado weighing 1-2 pounds, it has an elongated shape with its skin starting off green and turning red as it ripens.

How to eat: You will know this avocado is ready to eat once its flesh starts to turn red and is soft to the touch. Your avocado should be left out on the counter or pantry at room temperature of around 70°F or more after delivery.

You can enjoy the avocado as is or can add it to many dishes to add a delicious taste and creamy feel. 

In many countries you can enjoy your avocado as a side dish.
