The Zillate mango is a late-season Florida selection producing medium to large, oblong fruit that turn from a striking deep purple to bright red and yellow as they ripen, featuring firm, low-fiber, sweet yellow flesh with honey and stone fruit notes. 

Mangos should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70℉ or above for optimal ripening. Once soft all over, cut and enjoy!

**First come first serve. Any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
