It offers a mildly sweet flavor with a subtle tart finish and delicate citrusy, tropical notes. Beneath its vibrant red-and-green skin lies golden-yellow flesh that is firm, juicy, and moderately fibrous, making it an excellent choice for slicing, salads, smoothies, and fresh snacking.
