Sugar Apples are a delicious tropical fruit that's sweet, creamy and full of Vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. It's part of the Annona Family which includes cherimoya and soursop. It has a unique flavor profile consisting of vanilla custard, banana, pineapple and pear. 

Perfect for juices, smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream.

How to eat: Once ripe and soft, the fruit can be easily opened by gently pulling it apart by hand. Enjoy the sweet, creamy flesh, but be sure to discard the skin and seeds, as they are not edible.
