Dupuis Avocado Box

Named after Dr. John and Susan Dupuis, this avocado originated in Miami, FL and was patented in 1965.

The Dupuis is a West Indian type avocado and is  one of the finest flavored avocados in this group. 

The fruit is green, medium sized, with a pyriform shape. The flavor is quite rich and buttery.

How to eat: You will know the avocado is ready to eat once the flesh feels soft to the touch. The avocado will need to ripen at room temperature of around 70°F or more after delivery.

You can enjoy the avocado as is or can add it to many dishes to add a delicious taste and creamy feel. 

In many countries you can enjoy your avocado as a side dish.
